Requirements:

1. 3 plus years of experience with either Python, Typescript or Go
2. Practical experience developing AI agents and working with context engineering
3. Business level Japanese
4. Foundation in language processing and experience with data pipelines
5. Experience building applications using LLM APIs
6. Experience designing and implementing RAG systems

Desired skills:

Experience designing and operating systems such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

Experience building and operating search infrastructure such as Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Vespa etc

Experience designing systems that integrate knowledge graphs or structured data with RAG

Experience pre-processing and normalising unstructured text data, such as customer emails, FAQs and product documentation
