OVERVIEW
A multinational automotive parts and component manufacturer, producing high-quality products from thermoplastics for the automotive industry with injection moulding machines. Operating two factories with over 500 employees.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.

• Experience in accounting and finance for Automotive company is a must.

• Business level in German and English communication skills

• Able to work 100% office-based

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

• Leading all daily operations: AP/AR, credit control, bank and account reconciliations, invoicing, payroll management etc.

• Managing the whole process of month/quarter/year-end closings.

• Possess budget, forecast, and planning processes

• Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting KPI reports.

• Collaborate with external audits and tax advisors

• Supporting commercial and operational teams with financial insights and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the finance and accounting field, including in a management position

• Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel) and SAP-ERP accounting systems

• Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation across regions

BENEFITS:

• Base salary: 80,000€ - 120,000€ per annum

• 30 days of annual leave
