Job Description
■職務内容■
・既存顧客（日系メーカー中心）との営業窓口業務
・受注、生産計画、納期管理の統括
・工場内関連部門（製造、品質、購買、生産管理等）との調整
・収益管理、原価管理および事業計画フォロー
・日本本社および顧客との各種調整
・ローカル管理職の指導・育成
■応募要件■
【必須】
・EMS業界または電子機器関連業界での実務経験を優遇・工場運営全般への理解（実装工程・アッセンブリ工程）
・顧客対応および社内調整能力・海外勤務への意欲
【歓迎】
・海外工場勤務経験
・EMS業界での管理職経験
・ベトナムまたはASEAN地域での勤務経験・英語でのコミュニケーション能力
