電力・エネルギー業界をはじめとした大規模顧客向けにソリューションを提供している企業にて、事業拡大にあたりB2Bパッケージプロダクト開発を担うチームのテックリードを募集いたします。プロダクト開発を技術面でリードし、事業や組織に深く関わっていっていただくことが期待されるキー・ポジションとなります。

A fast growing tech startup that already has successful track records with leading companies in Japan, is hiring additional members to support their expanding team!

This company provides SaaS and other digital solutions to large-scale clients, particularly in the power and energy sectors. As their business expands, they are seeking a Tech Lead who takes on the responsibilities of leading the development of their B2B packaged products. This will be one of their a key role in which you will be expected to lead product development from a technical standpoint and play an integral role in the business and organization.

•  社内外ステークホルダーとの連携
•  英語力をお持ちの方の場合、英語での技術的な打ち合わせが発生する可能性が高いポジションです
•  Clarification of product requirements and specifications
•  Architectural designing for B2B packaged software
•  Technology selection
•  Driving the technical design and implementation
•  Design/ code reviews
•  Team engineer management
•  Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
•  If the successful applicant is has a certain level of English language, there is a strong chance he/she is to take part in technical meetings conducted in English.

Backend: C#, FW: ASP.net Core   | Frontend: Typescript, FW: React 

Infrastructure: Azure, DB: SQL

・C# での開発経験（目安：3年以上）

・技術選定の実務経験

・コードレビュー経験

・アーキテクチャ設計の主導経験

・開発チームのチームリード経験

・英語に抵抗がない方 (英語力は応募に必須ではございません）

・3 or more years of experience developing services using C# 

・Experience in technology selection

・Experience conducting code reviews

・Experience leading architectural design

・Development team lead experience

・Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment (English proficiency is not mandatory)

有ると望ましい経験・知識

・組織立ち上げフェーズでの業務経験

・チームマネジメント、ピープルマネジメント経験

・パッケージプロダクト開発経験

・DevOps, CI/CD整備経験

・クラウド設計経験

・高い英語力（読み書き含む）

Nice-to-Have Experience and Knowledge

・Experience in the startup or new organization environment

・Team/people management experience

・B2B packaged product development experience

・Experience in establishing DevOps and CI/CD processes

・Experience in cloud architecture/design
