【業務内容】
・地域SCMチームからの依頼に基づき、オーディオ製品の需給計画業務を担当する。
各地域の需要を集約・検証し、決まった条件に従って生産供給を最適化する。
・川崎の統括生産管理チームとのコミュニケーションを通じて生産調整を行う。
グローバル販売機会を最大化し、グローバル在庫を最適化する。
・製品のEOLと新製品の立ち上げ 需要計画の調整。
地域SCMチームとのメールや電話による直接コミュニケーション
【役割】
・オーディオ製品の地域別需要をまとめ、正確性を確認し、優先順位を決める。
・地域ごとの需要を過去のデータと比較し、整合していない需要があれば修正する。
・地域の当初の需要に対する供給を確認する。
・地域SCMチームからの上振れ需要をオフラインのプロセスによりサポートする。
・グローバル在庫を最適化するために、地域間の在庫共有を提案する。
・需要と供給を分析して問題を特定し、改善を提案する。
