■Job Responsibility
・AIソリューションエンジニアとして、部内関係者および IT 部門と連携し、LLM／生成AIを活用したオペレーション高度化・自動化を推進する。
・オペレーション領域の課題を把握し、LLM／生成AIを活用した業務プロセスの改善・自動化を企画・実行する。
・LLM／生成AIアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ・標準・ガバナンスの整備に寄与する。

・As an AI Solutions Engineer partner with department stakeholders and IT to drive operational enhancement and automation using LLM/generative AI.
・Understand challenges in the operations domain and plan and execute LLM/generative AI driven process improvement and automation.
・Contribute to establishing the architecture standards and governance of LLM/generative AI applications.

■Key Tasks Accountabilities
・LLM／生成AIを活用した業務自動化・業務支援ソリューションの設計・実装（ハンズオン中心）。
・LLMアプリケーション（RAG構成、プロンプト管理、API連携、ログ・監査基盤など）の開発・標準化への寄与。
・プロジェクト／プロダクトのデリバリー（PoC・本番展開）：要件整理、開発、進捗管理。
・LLM出力の品質・安全性・コンプライアンスチェックの実装・運用。
・データサイエンスチーム、IT部門、業務部門と連携したユースケースの実装支援。
・ジュニアメンバーへの技術的ガイドおよびナレッジ共有。

・Design and implement LLM/generative AI automation and business support solutions （primarily hands on）.
・Contribute to the development and standardization of LLM applications （RAG prompt management API integration logging audit infrastructure etc.）.
・Deliver projects/products （PoC to production）: requirements development progress management.
・Implement and operate quality safety and compliance checks for LLM output.
・Support use case implementation in partnership with the data science team IT and business units.
・Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior members.

社外：クラウドソリューションベンダー、AIプラットフォームベンダー、調査会社など

Internal: operations business units IT corporate functions etc.
External: cloud solution vendors AI platform vendors research firms etc.

・AIソリューション開発、データサイエンス、またはソフトウェア／クラウドエンジニアリングのいずれかの分野での実務経験（3年以上が望ましい）。
・オペレーションの自動化やAI活用に関する実装経験。
・AzureまたはAWS上でのアプリケーションもしくはデータ基盤の構築・運用経験。
・RAG、プロンプトエンジニアリング、API連携等に関する基礎的な理解。
・PythonおよびSQLの実務経験。
・統計解析や機械学習などのデータ分析経験があれば尚可。
・保険業界、特に損害保険業界での業務経験があれば尚可。
・日本語：ビジネスレベル　英語：ビジネスレベル

・Hands on experience in AI solution development data science or software/cloud engineering （3+ years preferred）.
・Implementation experience in operational automation or AI adoption.
・Experience building/operating applications or data platforms on Azure or AWS.
・Foundational understanding of RAG prompt engineering and API integration.
・Hands on experience with Python and SQL.
・Data analysis experience （statistics machine learning） is a plus.
・Experience in insurance especially P C is a plus.
・Japanese: business level / English: business level.
