【ポジション概要】
海外・国内工場およびサプライヤーで製造した自動車用部品の品質管理・品質保証業務を担当します。国内自動車OEMおよびアフターマーケット向け製品の品質基準を維持し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献頂きます。
【業務内容】
・不良品の一次解析
・海外本社との品質折衝
・社内工程、海外含めた工場、サプライヤーへの品質打ち合わせ、改善指導
・顧客への不具合調査報告
・不具合発生時の封じ込め措置のリード
・内部/外部との不具合対応、品質会議のリード
・品質窓口として海外/国内工場、サプライヤー、顧客との良好なコミュニケーションと関係の維持
・規定/手順書//WI作成、更新
・4M変更管理
・日本のトラック・バス・建機・キャンピングカーメーカー等に対する製品/取付/取り外し
・製品問い合わせへの対応
