このポジションでは、複数の製品ライセンス事業の円滑な運営を支えるため、アカウント管理、ロイヤリティ管理、承認業務および社内外の調整業務を幅広く担当いただきます。
職務内容
ライセンシーおよび社内関係者との連携・調整および主要窓口としての対応
契約締結およびアカウント管理のサポート
日本本社および関係者へのレポート作成・報告業務
売掛金・ロイヤリティの管理および回収フォロー
各種取引・承認業務の正確性および期限管理
承認プロセスおよび関連書類の管理
マーケティング関連資料やスタイルガイドの調整支援
サンプルおよびアートワークの管理・進行管理
日本本社との連携および素材・アセットの共有
プロジェクトのスケジュール管理および進行管理
ライセンシーのニーズ分析および課題解決支援
ライセンス関連ドキュメント（契約書、ロイヤリティレポート、承認記録等）の管理・整理
ライセンシングおよび承認プロセスにおけるリスクの特定・低減
情報・資料・サンプルの収集および分析（営業活動支援）
応募資格
大卒以上
ライセンシング／マーチャンダイジング／営業経験（3年以上が望ましい）
複数案件を管理できるタイムマネジメント力
数値処理能力（ロイヤリティや売上データ管理）
高いコミュニケーション能力
細部への注意力および組織力
Microsoft Officeスキル（Word / Excel / PowerPoint）
優遇される要件
Photoshop、Illustratorのスキルは尚可
日本語力があれば尚可

給与 USD50,000-70,000
