Job Description
Our client is Japanese real estate developer company.
Support new investments (analysis, valuation, due diligence, deal execution).
Assist in deal structuring, documentation, and investment materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Support end-to-end project management and performance tracking.
Analyze data and contribute to strategic, research, and business initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Economics/Accounting
5–7 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, real estate, portfolio management or auditing (real estate or financial sectors)
Strong English skills (writing & speaking)
Professional certifications (CFA/ACCA/CPA) are a plus.
Solid financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of Vietnam’s laws, especially in real estate, and strong stakeholder management skills.
