Managing the area to 5S standard.
Managing and planning QC activities to accomplish turnaround time and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.
Managing and supervising QC staffs to accomplish turnaround time and prevent the escape of incoming materials and finished products non-conformity.
Managing and controlling of measuring equipment for availability and conformity all time.
Ensuring measurements are following written instructions, specifications, and drawing.
Anything the Manager deems necessary.
Qualification
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Knowledge and experience in precision machining.
Knowledge and experience with precision machining measurement.
At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Control.
Direct experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill and adhere to data driven approach.
Fair/Good in English communication.
Ability to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment.
Computer skill for MS Office.
