업무내용
반도체용 테이프 및 관련 소재에 대한 기술 컨설팅
본딩 시트 등 반도체 소재 관련 기술 지원
점착제 배합 설계 및 용도별 최적화에 관한 자문
반도체 및 전장 분야에서의 신규 사업 기술적 론치 지원
사내 연구소(R&D)와의 협업을 통한 기술 방향성 수립
외부 파트너(반도체 기업, 대학 등)와의 기술 협력 지원
필수요건
반도체 소재 또는 기능성 테이프 관련 실무 경험 (약 10년 이상)
점착제 또는 소재 배합 관련 지식 및 경험
본딩 시트 및 테이프 제품에 대한 이해 및 경험
