Logistics Coordinator [物流オペレーション 在庫・物流管理]

職務内容 (Job Responsibilities)

• 在庫管理と可視化: エンドツーエンドの在庫管理、リテール・マーチャンダイジングデータの処理、およびトラッキングプラットフォーム全体の正確性の維持。

• 配送業者および3PLの管理: 国内の運送会社、配送ネットワーク（ヤマト運輸、佐川急便など）、および外部3PLフルフィルメントハブとの第一窓口として、主体的な外部連携を担当。

• 業務プロセスの効率化: 日々の運用管理シート（Excel等）の課題を特定し、より効率的で自動化されたデータワークフローへの改善・構築。

• 将来的なリーダーシップと事業拡大: まずは日々の実務オペレーションをマスターし、将来的にはエグゼクティブリーダーとしてロジスティクスチームの立ち上げやマルチブランドの拡大を牽引。

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Visibility: Manage end-to-end stock visibility, handle retail merchandising data, and maintain absolute accuracy across tracking platforms.

• Carrier & 3PL Management: Serve as the primary, proactive point of contact for local Japanese domestic transport companies, courier networks (Yamato, Sagawa, etc.), and external 3PL fulfillment hubs.

• Process Optimization: Take ownership of day-to-day operational tracking sheets and implement cleaner, automated data workflows (strong Excel utilization).

• Future Leadership & Expansion: Execute the day-to-day operations now with the ambition to eventually step into an executive leadership position, build out a logistics team from scratch, and oversee multi-brand expansion.

応募資格・要件 (Basic / Core Requirements)

• 経験: 物流、倉庫運営、サプライチェーン調整、または3PLカスタマーサービスなどの基礎的な実務経験が1年以上あれば応募可能。

• 日本語力: 母国語レベルまたはJLPT N1レベル（国内の物流パートナーや配送業者との日々の連携・交渉に必須）。

• 英語力: ビジネスレベル（社内マネジメント層との意思疎通ができるレベル。ネイティブレベルの流暢さは不要です）。

• マインドセット・カルチャーフィット: 高い柔軟性、ポテンシャル、そして能動的なマインドセットを重視します。過去の経験年数よりも、変化の早い環境で成長したいという意欲を優先します。

Basic / Core Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of foundational experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, or 3PL customer service is enough to apply.

• Japanese Language: Native or JLPT N1 level (Essential for handling local coordination and managing Japanese logistics partners/carriers daily).

• English Language: Business level (Capable of communicating with internal management; absolute fluency is not required).

• Mindset & Culture Fit: High flexibility, potential, and a proactive mindset are more important than exact years of experience. Open to learning and stepping into a fast-growing environment.
