Job Description
同社の主要顧客の1 社である半導体製造装置メーカーより技術移転を受け、マレーシアで
顧客の完成品の組み立てを行います。※コントラクトマニュファクチャリング形態
入社後4 か月は日本で研修を行い、その後マレーシアにて顧客との窓口となり、マレーシ
アの組み立て工場のマネジメントを行っていただきます。
【業務内容】
- 従業員を教育し、まとめ、装置組み立てのプロジェクトマネジメントを行う。
- 社内での問題を取りまとめ調整する
顧客の情報をまとめ、マニュアルとして社内に落とし込む。
【必須要件】
設計図を読み、理解できる能力
大型装置をハンズオンで組み立てた経験または組立プロジェクトをマネジメントした経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語に加え、ビジネスレベルの英語もしくは中国語
コミュニケーションが取れ、周囲を巻き込んで仕事を進めていける方
