POSITION SUMMARY

In this position, you will support credit analysis and administrative activities related to loan portfolio management, contributing to risk assessment and the overall quality of lending operations within a corporate banking environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyze borrower financial performance and assess historical trends and future projections

• Conduct periodic reviews of loan portfolios, including internal credit grading and reporting

• Prepare credit applications and support due diligence processes

• Assist with loan amendments, closings, funding, and other credit-related events

• Produce internal reports on exposure, budgets, and other metrics

• Gather supporting documentation for deal structuring and prepare internal memos

• Perform market research and sector analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (corporate banking experience preferred)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including risk assessment

• Ability to interpret financial statements and perform cash flow analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

SALARY　USD67,000-80,000
