このポジションでは、 資産運用業界、運用会社、投資商品に関するリサーチおよび関連オペレーション業務を通じて、チームおよびシニアマネジメントを支援します。調査資料やレポート作成、データ管理、会議調整、部門運営に関わる管理業務を担い、投資リサーチ業務の円滑な遂行と部門全体の業務効率化に貢献します。
職務内容
資産運用業界・運用会社・投資商品に関するリサーチおよび分析サポート
パフォーマンス資料、戦略プレゼン、業界レポート等の作成支援
社内外からの随時リクエスト対応、資料準備、連絡調整
社内データベースへの入力・管理
外部運用会社等とのミーティング調整、議事録作成、会議サポート
社内承認資料作成、出張手配、経費精算業務
手数料計算関連業務および部門運営に関する管理業務
海外拠点（日本）との連携・調整
応募要件
学士号（金融・経済・ビジネス・会計等が歓迎）
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
定量的・分析的思考力
Microsoft 365（Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook）の実務能力
コンプライアンス意識とリスク・法規理解
給与 USD $95,000-105,000
