このポジションでは、 即時消費チャネルにおいて、流通拡大・売上成長・収益性向上を目的とした営業戦略の立案と実行を担います。主要小売企業、卸、ブローカーパートナーと連携し、顧客別ビジネスプランの推進、販促施策管理、ブローカー統括を通じて、競争の激しい即時消費市場におけるブランド成長を実現します。
職務内容
即時消費チャネルにおけるナショナル／リージョナルアカウント営業
ブローカー管理および営業指導、実行力向上
顧客別ビジネスプランの策定・実行
データ分析を活用した売上・利益改善提案
トレードプロモーション、契約交渉、条件管理
需要予測および在庫連携
社内関連部門とのクロスファンクショナル連携
国内外出張および展示会対応
応募要件
学士号または同等の営業経験（3～5年）
消費財業界での営業経験（コンビニチャネル尚可）
ブローカーや卸との協業経験
データを活用した提案力・交渉力
給与 USD $70,000-90,000
勤務地 アーバーイン カリフォルニア州
勤務形態 ハイブリッド、週一回オフィス勤務
勤務時間 月曜〜金曜 8:00〜17:00
