Job Description
세일즈 총괄 책임자는 한국 시장 내 직접 소비자 대상(DTC, Direct to Consumer) 비즈니스 전반의 상업적 성과를 이끄는 역할을 담당합니다.
이 포지션은 리테일, 이커머스, 머천다이징, 마케팅 기능을 총괄하며, 매출 달성과 상업적 실행에 대한 책임을 갖습니다.
또한 조직의 커머셜 리더로서 상품, 매장, 고객 경험, 디지털 채널을 통합적으로 운영하여 한국 시장에서 지속 가능한 비즈니스 성과를 창출하는 역할을 수행합니다.
럭셔리, 패션, 또는 프리미엄 리테일 분야에서 15년 이상의 경력
리테일, 이커머스, 머천다이징, 마케팅 전반을 아우르는 리더십 경험
비즈니스 성과(매출/수익)를 성공적으로 이끌어온 입증된 경험
직접 소비자 대상(DTC, Direct to Consumer) 비즈니스 모델에 대한 깊은 이해
뛰어난 리더십 및 이해관계자 관리 역량
영어 활용 능력 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기 모두 능숙한 수준)
