Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to company-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology enhancement projects.
Develop and optimize online insurance sales platforms and digital customer service channels.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline digital operations and improve customer journey experiences.
Design and implement innovative digital solutions tailored for existing and emerging customer segments.
Identify new technological opportunities to strengthen digital business performance and operational efficiency.
Support daily activities and strategic execution within the digital business function.
Assist in establishing and improving internal workflows, operational guidelines, and project procedures.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance technical capability and team effectiveness.
Monitor project execution timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables across all digital initiatives.
Prepare reports and perform additional assignments as requested by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Professional certifications in software development or system architecture are preferred.
Fluent English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as NodeJS, JavaScript, PHP, and C#.
Familiarity with frameworks including ReactJS, ExpressJS, Laravel, .NET Framework, or .NET Core.
Strong understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and API integrations (RESTful/SOAP).
Knowledge of system design patterns and development optimization tools.
Commercial mindset and understanding of digital business operations are highly valued.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital platform development and system integration projects.
Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms or digital distribution systems is an advantage.
