Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Perfumer to lead fragrance development initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality fragrances aligned with market trends and client needs, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create original fragrance formulations across various applications (e.g., fine fragrance, personal care, home care)

• Translate client briefs and market insights into commercially successful fragrance solutions

• Evaluate, refine, and optimize fragrance compositions to meet performance and quality standards

• Stay up to date with global fragrance trends, consumer preferences, and raw material innovations

• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development

• Present concepts and fragrance creations to internal stakeholders and clients

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development

• Proven expertise in fragrance creation, formulation, and raw material knowledge

• Strong creative and olfactory skills with a track record of successful launches

• Experience working with diverse product categories and international markets is an advantage

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Degree or formal training in Perfumery, Chemistry, or related field preferred
