┗■MISSION
メキシコ工場の生産ライン（射出成型部品）において、製造責任者として現任者（現在仮設工場にて稼働中）から引き継ぎを受けた後、効率の良い生産拡大のため、現地人を指導・牽引していただきます。

┗■具体的には
同社主要部品（射出成型部品）において、製造面全般の管理を行っていただきます。
□生産計画に基づく生産管理
□工程内の品質変化点管理
□異常発生時の対応（チョコ停など）
□ライン構成の組み換え
□現地スタッフの管理・指導（5Sが中心）

国内にて3か月～6ヶ月程度の研修を経てメキシコに駐在して頂きます

□海外現地における技術指導経験
□英語力・スペイン語
□クレーン操縦の資格をお持ちの方
□プラスチック技能検定有資格者
