【担当業務概要】
担当製品について、海外販売会社や海外顧客を含む市場ニーズの把握から商品企画、販売支援、テクニカルサポートまで一貫して担当します。
英語でのメール対応やWeb会議、プレゼンテーションを通じて海外拠点と連携し、製品戦略の推進を行います。
【業務内容】
・新商品の企画や既存製品の改善提案
・国内外からの問い合わせ対応（日本語・英語）
・海外販売会社・顧客からの技術的質問の一次対応および社内調整
・特殊工具や特殊仕様案件の要件整理と設計部門との調整
・新製品の売上・在庫状況の把握と海外販売会社との需給調整
・海外向け販売施策の立案と実行フォロー
・国内外出張によるテクニカルサポートや現地立会い
・英語での製品セミナー、技術トレーニング、プレゼンテーション実施
・商品開発やグローバルプロジェクトの進捗管理・ファシリテーション

・マーケティング関連の知識・経験
