■業務概要
フィールド・アプリケーション・サイエンティスト（FAS）は、日本市場に特化した技術パートナー役として、日本営業チームと緊密に連携し、
日本国内のバイオ医薬品顧客を対象に、初期段階での設計導入、体系的な樹脂評価、および長期的な採用を推進します。
この役割では、日本の顧客との深い関わり、現地市場の慣行、規制上の要件、意思決定プロセスへの確実な対応、
そして研究開発、プロセス開発、製造の各組織にわたって長期的な信頼関係を構築する能力が重視されます。
FASは、現地の顧客プラットフォームやパイプラインとの整合性を確保し、日本におけるピュロライトの技術的信頼性と市場での地位を
強化する上で、極めて重要な役割を果たします。

Required Skills
【応募要件】
・バイオ医薬品業界、顧客の行動様式、および意思決定プロセスについて理解があること
・日本国内の規制環境下において、樹脂の評価、プロセス開発、または技術選定を支援した経験
・実験室、パイロット、製造スケールにわたるクロマトグラフィー実務経験。
・日本国内における顧客対応の技術職（FAS、プロダクトスペシャリスト、テクニカルコンサルタントなど）での経験。
【歓迎要件】
・学士号必須。生命科学、化学、または工学の修士号または博士号
・ダウンストリーム精製、プロセス開発、MSAT、またはアプリケーションサポートにおける5年以上の関連実務経験
・タンパク質および高分子の精製に関するクロマトグラフィー技術に関する深い知識
・分析データ（HPLC、ELISA、SDS PAGEなど）を解釈する能力
・日本のお客様とのやり取りにおいて、複雑な技術的概念を明確かつ実行可能な提案へと変換できる、優れたコミュニケーション能力
