（1）新規事業開発
・新規ビジネス開発/推進
・案件発掘とスクリーニング
・海外パートナー企業との新事業創出
・M A等企業買収
・株式買収後のPMI（Post Merger Integration）
・事業会社の戦略及び事業計画の策定、モニタリング
（2）海外拠点統括
・海外拠点マネジメント、拠点運営戦略/組織立案/推進
・海外拠点における新商品の推進サポート（体制整備等のため短期出張もあり）
・海外拠点ミドル/バック業務支援、財務/会計/税務/法務等専門家や本社関係部と連携し拠点運営をサポート
・業務分野での若手グローバル人材の育成、チームの組織支援/マネジメント支援 等
