The candidate’s primary responsibilities are to provide financial and operational reporting to the Japan Leadership team. The role is critical in supporting the senior management team’s decision making process as well as assisting the business teams’ efforts to deliver against targets and provide financial visibility predictability to the business. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Regular reporting Budgeting Forecasting Long range Planning processes as well as providing ad hoc business reports

At least 7 years of experience in financial/ business analysis field
Experience in retail industry
Prefer basic accounting knowledge J GAPP/US GAAP
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Applications （Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook）
Team player flexible results oriented; ability to work well under pressure of managing concurrent deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
