臨床試験におけるContracts Negotiatorとしての業務をお任せいたしま
す。
ご経験・スキル、ご志向、ご担当いただく試験に応じて、以下の役割を
お任せいたします。
■業務内容
・臨床試験に関する契約書（治験契約、修正契約、付随契約など）の作
成、レビュー、交渉、締結業務
・社内外ステークホルダー（試験実施施設、クライアント等）との円滑な
コミュニケーションおよび進捗管理
・ICONおよびクライアント指定システムでの契約関連文書の進捗追跡お
よびファイリング
・試験マイルストンや契約締結スケジュールに関連するリスクの特定と対
応策の提案
・試験チームとの連携による契約締結スケジュールの予測と調整
・契約書の整合性・正確性の確認および必要に応じた修正
・費用関連（費用管理の文書作成、費用交渉）
・各種トレーニングの受講と、SOPや業務プロセスの遵守

Required Skills
■必須条件：
・CRA、IHCRA、Study Start up等にて目安3年以上のご経験をお持ちの
方
・医療機関との折衝経験があり、契約書や費用に関する交渉（ネゴシエ
ーション）に携わったご経験のある方
・業務に支障のない英語スキル（英文読解、英文作成等が可能なレベ
ル）
