当社のコア事業である建設事業・開発事業・海外事業の強化拡充、将来を見据えたGX・エネルギー等の事業領域の拡充、およびDX推進による顧客価値最大化を図るため、M A（出資や業務提携含む）ならびに後続するPMIを実施する業務を担っていただきます。
＜業務内容の概要＞
・経営戦略に基づくM A戦略の立案
・国内・海外のM A実務
・金融機関・アドバイザリー等からの情報入手活動・候補先検討
・候補先の価値評価・デューデリジェンス・交渉・契約・PMI推進

■応募資格
・M Aや経営企画の実務経験（3～5年程度以上）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（英検準一級、IELTS6.0以上、TOEFLiBT60点、TOEIC750以上 尚可）
・経理、財務、税務、法務関連の知識や実務経験（弁護士、公認会計士、税理士など資格保有 尚可）
■求める人物像
・コミュニケーション能力があり、仲間と協力し物事を達成する事が好きな方
・視野が広く、さまざまな事に興味を持ち、企画力・実行力をお持ちの方
