業務内容:
JOEMプロジェクトにおいてパワートレイン用コントロールユニットのHW開発業務を担い，量産へ向けて顧客のニーズに合った最適なHWソリューションを顧客へ提案します．
HWソリューションを実現するために要求分析・管理を行い，回路設計・レビュー，設計検証・妥当性確認を計画し推進を行います．
HWに関する技術的なアドバイスや問題解決のサポートをプロジェクトチーム内で行います．
車両を使ったシステム検証を行います．HWの性能や耐久性を確認し，品質の向上を追求します．
生産工場との連携をとり，量産準備のサポートを行います．
ドイツやインドなど海外拠点のメンバーとチームを構成しHWプロジェクトを推進します．
HWエンジニアとしてパワートレイン用コントロールユニット（ECU，VCU and VCCU）の開発をグローバルなチームで推進します．
これまで数多くのJOEM向け上記コントロールユニットを、HW開発の主体となって世に送り出した実績のあるチームです.
国際的な業務環境のもとHWエンジニアとしてグローバルなキャリア開発ができる環境です．
車両測定など，実際に開発している製品，車両に触れることができる環境です．
