・商品開発案件の全体進行管理（企画・発売までのスケジュール管理）
・開発・品質・生産・購買・物流・営業との横断的な調整・意思決定
・トラブル発生時の初動判断および対応方針の決定・指示
・品質・供給・コストに関するリスクマネジメント
・開発案件の優先順位付けとリソース配分
・チームメンバーのマネジメントおよび育成
・現場（工場・売場）で発生している課題の把握と改善推進

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・化粧品メーカー開発、日用品メーカー開発、PB開発、ヘルス＆ビューティ領域バイヤー等での実務経験（5年以上）
・商品開発から物流までの一連のプロセスに関する基本的な理解
・複数案件を同時並行で推進できるスケジュール管理能力
・社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整経験
・組織マネジメントの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 750点以上相当）
【歓迎要件】
ものづくりの川上（企画・設計）・川下（量産・販売）までの一貫した経験
製造小売業における業務経験
品質管理・品質保証に関する知識
海外OEM/ODMとの開発経験
