【仕事内容】
物流プロジェクトの円滑な運営を支えるサポートポジションです。
・展示会関連機材や特殊貨物の輸送手配、スケジュール調整
・社内関係部署や物流会社との連携、進捗管理
・納期に向けた各種調整およびフォローアップ
・輸送に関する問い合わせ対応やトラブル対応
・各種データ集計、資料作成（Excel・PowerPoint等）
・レポート作成および情報収集
・その他、部門運営に関わるサポート業務
社内外のさまざまな関係者とコミュニケーションを取りながら、物流業務全体を支えるポジションです。
【応募条件】
■日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
■普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方
■基本的なPCスキル（Excel・Word・PowerPoint）
