中期経営計画・予算・投資戦略の策定、各事業の業績管理、M&A対応などの経営管理全般に関する業務のほか、各事業のプロジェクトを推進・支援する役割
グループ全体の中期経営計画・予算の策定、業績管理（主に国内事業）を担当

640万円～1,000万円

【必要職務経験】
下記の１.～３.の条件すべてを満たしている方
1.課題解決に向けて、関係者との調和・合意形成を図りながらスピード感をもって業務を推進できる方
2.下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
（１）事業会社の経営企画部門・財務経理部門において、管理会計・予算策定・業績管理等の経験がある方（会社規模感や上場、非上場などは特に問わず）
（２）FASや監査法人など会計系のコンサルを経験し、企業の財務面の戦略策定サポートの経験がある方
3.Excelのスキル（図表グラフの作成や関数計算ができ、複数シートを連携させたExcelモデルを理解できるレベル）
