・トラブル対応の応援

基本給 (1年目)
226,000円~240,000円

〇Job Responsibilities Equipment maintenance and inspection, including lubrication tasks and temperature‑based inspection work Overhaul of replacement parts, including cleaning and replacing consumable components such as steam pressure‑reducing valves and air cylinders Supporting troubleshooting and responding to equipment issues on the production floor Future involvement in in‑house engineering work such as piping and wiring installations, offering strong skill‑growth potential.
〇Base Salary & Benefits Base salary (first year) 226,000 yen to 240,000 yen Salary determined based on internal work standards and skill ranking, ensuring fair and transparent compensation Annual evaluation system that rewards performance and determines next year’s salary Employee promotion system available, offering a clear path to long‑term career advancement Late‑night premium pay for work performed after 22:00, ensuring proper compensation for all working hours.
