インドに500名超のエンジニアを擁する急成長テック企業で、
日本のお客様と海外開発チームをつなぐプロジェクトコーディネーターを募集！
具体的には以下をお任せします：
・チームマネジメントによるプロジェクト推進
・お客様と海外開発チームをつなぐコミュニケーションのハブ業務
・プロジェクトの進捗管理・決定事項・課題の整理と共有
日常的にビジネス英語を使いながら海外エンジニアと連携し、
計画性・問題解決力・リーダーシップなど多様なスキルを実務で習得できます。
将来的にはブリッジエンジニアやプロジェクトマネージャーへのキャリアアップも可能です。

【給与詳細】
年収：4,000,000円 ～ 6,000,000円
※みなし残業代（固定残業代）を含みます。
月給：334,000円 ～ 500,000円（基本給＋固定残業代を含む）
【内訳】
・基本給：259,200円 ～ 388,000円
・固定残業代：74,800円 ～ 112,000円
※固定残業代は、時間外労働40時間分として支給します。
※固定残業時間を超過した場合は、超過分の時間外手当を別途全額支給します。
※残業時間の実態は、月平均20時間程度です。
試用期間：有（3か月）
