As a Project Leader, you are responsible for the successful delivery of engineering projects while actively contributing to technical solutions and team coordination. You combine project leadership with hands-on engineering involvement, ensuring high-quality execution and strong alignment with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Act as the primary interface to customers and stakeholders
• Contribute to technical discussions, problem-solving, and system development
• Coordinate and support cross-functional engineering teams
• Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support proposal activities and project acquisition

Experience

• Experience in technical project leadership within engineering environments
• Strong technical background in software, systems, embedded, or related domains
• Experience in customer-facing and cross-functional roles
• Proven experience in delivering complex engineering projects

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to combine leadership with hands-on technical involvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining technical understanding
• Fluent Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
