【概要】
・日次・週次・月次・四半期ごとのリスク報告書、プレゼンテーション、経営層向けダッシュボードの作成および監督を行う
・規制報告や開示をタイムリーに実施し、監査人やコンプライアンス部門との連携を行う
・AI、VBA、SQL、Python/R等を活用した業務自動化およびプロセス改善の推進を担う
・他部門と連携し、継続的なプロジェクトや新規ビジネス施策をサポートする

Required Skills
【必要業務経験】
・リスクオペレーション、市場リスク、信用リスク分野で10年以上の実務経験があり、3～5年のチームマネジメント経験を有する方
・金融、コンピュータサイエンス、数学、または関連分野の学位を有すること（修士号、FRM、CFA保持者は尚可）
・高度なExcel/VBA、SQL、RDBMSのスキルを有し、Python/R、SharePoint、Power Automate、ClaudeやMicrosoft CopilotなどのAIツールの使用経験があること
・株式および流動性リスク分野における高度な技術的知見を有し、VaR（バリュー・アット・リスク）、ストレステスト、シナリオ分析に精通していること
・優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、複雑な技術的概念を非技術者にも分かりやすく説明できる方
・日本語および英語ともに流暢であること（ビジネスの主言語は英語となります）
