■関西電力（株）総務室（用地部門）
オフィスビルの新規賃借など事業全般に必要となる土地・建物の取得等にかかる交渉業務、不動産活用業務、土地・建物管理業務、全社不動産に関する計画・戦略立案業務
■関西電力（株）再生可能エネルギー事業本部（用地部門）
水力・風力事業等に必要な設備（ダム、発電所、鉄塔、送電線等）設置のための、土地・水利権等諸権利取得にかかる交渉業務、法令許認可取得業務、補償料支払業務、土地管理業務、土地活用業務、建物管理業務
