・UFとの役割分担等における問題点を特定し、改善・改革を推進
・米国の営業チームとの調整（顧客要求を把握→手元のリソースを配分して検討推進→結果報告）
・特定の材料および資材のサプライヤー管理
※各拠点（埼玉事業所、群馬工場、千代田工場、本社）を行き来しながら業務遂行頂く形となります。

【必須条件】
・有機材料、材料工学に関する一般知識と実務経験を有する
・ポリマー、プラスチック、樹脂材料の配合設計の経験
【歓迎】
・素材メーカーではなく、様々な素材を使いこなして、最終製品や部品を作る業務経験
・マネジメント経験（５年以上）
・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール、営業との会議）
・基本的な機器分析、物性試験についての知識
