■当社にて、セールス＆エンジニアリングマネージャーと連携しながら、スマートコンポーネント製品に関する技術営業活動をリードしていただくポジションです。お客様との関係構築からプロジェクト推進まで幅広く関わり、ビジネスの成長に貢献いただきます。
■Responsibilities；
・社内外における窓口として機能し、関連ステークホルダーと連携してプロジェクトを推進する
・価格、技術・品質要件、納期など、受注に向けた成功条件（Winning Condition）を定義する
・受注獲得に向けた詳細なアクションプランを策定する
・社内外のマイルストーンに沿ってプログラムの立ち上げを管理する
・J OEMの商習慣・文化への理解を深め、社内関係者への浸透・推進を図る
・顧客の課題やニーズを先回りして把握し、CBI（Customer Back Innovation）を推進して差別化価値を創出する
・製品設計・製造・試験に関する深い知識を活かし、顧客対応および提案活動をリードする
・要望に応じて必要なレポートを作成する
・個人としての高いパフォーマンスとリーダーシップを発揮し、高業績文化の醸成に貢献する

（特に内外装のプラスチック成形部品や電気・電子部品の設計経験をお持ちの方は歓迎）
・英語ビジネスレベル（電話等で意思疎通ができる方）
