将来のSenior Specialistを目指していただくために、Assoc HR Specialist/ HR Specialistとして、社員対応、法令対応、官公庁対応、評価制度運用、人事データ管理など幅広い業務をお任せいたします。
＜担当業務の具体例＞
◆社員対応
（各種ガイダンス：入社、退職、休職、復職、新入社員研修、メンタルヘルス、ハラスメント等）
◆人事システムの運用（人員管理、社員情報活用、業務改善のためのシステム運用企画など）
◆新入社員向け研修運営事務局サポート
◆法改正対応（社内文書・帳票の更新、資料作成、社員への説明）
上記に限らず、経験に応じて他の業務も含め、応相談
