Job Description
採用担当者として新卒採用業務を中心としつつ、中途採用業務を含めた採用業務全般を担っていただきます。
・新卒採用業務では、母集団獲得のためのイベント出展、面接調整、面接官業務、クロージング、候補者管理、その他インターンシップやセミナーの対応などを実施いただきます。
・中途採用業務では、応募者の一次対応から、選考全般の調整、エージェント対応、その他中途採用関連業務を実施いただきます。
どちらの業務においても、現場の要望を聞き出し、よりニーズに合う採用を実施していくために採用条件の整理や求める人物像の確認、マーケット環境の調査などを通じて、会社の成長を支えていただきます。
