月次・四半期・年次決算業務の統括および実行
売掛金・買掛金・資金管理を含むキャッシュフローの適切な管理
日本法規およびHQ基準に準拠した財務報告
外部税理士との連携による法定対応の遂行
内部・外部監査への対応および是正改善の推進
業務プロセスおよび内部統制の継続的な高度化
２．経営支援・業績管理
MDおよび経営陣に対する財務分析および、実行可能な具体策の提案
年次予算策定およびローリングフォーキャストの主導
予実管理および業績モニタリング
Regional HQとのビジネスレビュー資料の作成
資金計画および資金調達に関する支援
財務視点からの業績改善施策の立案および推進
３．商取引管理・リスクマネジメント
商取引契約の財務・コンプライアンス観点からのレビューおよび管理
新規取引先開設の支援（システム登録含む）
商取引上の課題発生時の関係者連携および適切な対応
