Job Description
インド北東部における日本語学校および送り出し機関（人材会社）の設立・運営を主導していただきます。
• インド北東部での現地法人設立手続きの推進
• 日本語学校の立ち上げ・カリキュラム策定・運営管理
• 送り出し機関（人材エージェント会社）のライセンス取得・事業開始
• 現地採用インド人スタッフの採用・育成・マネジメント
• 日本本社との連携・報告業務
• 現地行政機関との折衝・関係構築
■ 拠点設立スケジュール（予定）
フェーズ1 2026年9月まで：インド現地法人設立
フェーズ2 法人設立後～半年～1年：各種ライセンス申請
フェーズ3 2027年以降：日本語学校・人材会社の事業開始
