・プロジェクト成果物（例：設計推奨事項、ハイレベル設計、ローレベル設計、実装／変更管理計画）の作成およびレビュー
・HSRP、VRRP、VLAN、VTP、STP、RSTP、MSTP、Macsec、PFC などの知識
・L2スイッチング
・Ixia、Spirent などのトラフィックジェネレータツールの実務経験
・Java／Python のプログラミングスキル
・Cisco Video Solution に関する理解
・WebEx に関する理解
・スイッチングスキル
マネージャー職務内容：
・アジャイルプロジェクト管理
・通信／サービスプロバイダー向けインフラの経験があることが望ましい
・Cisco ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアに関する技術知識
・契約変更管理プロセスの経験
・サードパーティの技術デリバリーリソースを活用する際の、パートナー納品および商業条件管理の経験
・Microsoft Project、Jira／Rally の実務経験
