【お任せする業務】
主にM A、事業提携、取引先と締結する契約書の立案、リスク分析、交渉、締結までの一貫した支援および当該契約等より派生する争訟対応。
【具体的な仕事内容】
法務部における契約担当として、下記の業務のうちご経験を活かしやすい業務からご担当頂き、徐々に活躍の幅を広げて頂きます。
・英文契約、国際契約の検討、審査、交渉など
※契約先の7割前後が海外企業。必要に応じて海外出張あり。
・顧客、ベンダーの他、研究開発や事業展開におけるアライアンスパートナーとの各種アライアンス、契約審査業務
・事業拡大、強化の為のM A業務
・その他、ご経験に応じてガバナンス、コンプライアンス推進、教育など
