■担当業務
2025年4月に新設されたソフトウェア開発センターにおける採用です。ソフトウェア開発プロセス検討にあたり、様々なソフトウェア開発管理経験を活かしていただくことが期待されています。
■具体的には
・ソフトウェア開発における開発期間の短縮と品質の確保、コストの適正化を目的として、全社を横断した開発プロセスを定義する
・プロセスの運用方法の検討、開発プロジェクトにおける適用支援・モニタリング、およびプロセスのテーラリングを推進する

Required Skills
■必須
・ソフトウェア開発のプロジェクト管理経験を有し、そのQCD管理の視点から開発プロセス全般を管理・運用・改善することができる能力を有すること
■尚良
・ソフトウェア開発プロセス（例：ウォーターフォール／アジャイル）の設計・改善経験
・CMMI、PMBOK等のプロセス標準に関する知識または運用経験
・開発プロジェクトにおける品質保証、レビュー、監査等の実務経験
・DevOps／CI/CD等の開発基盤に関する知識・導入経験
■人柄（期待）
・経験豊富な人財を獲得して、本組織の活動のエンジニアとして、実際の業務をリードして頂く。能力によっては、組織長の候補ともなり得る。
