創薬研究における薬剤科学や分析、合成に関連した業務の知識を基にした外部委託業務（一部でも可）
塩・結晶多形スクリーニング、初期製剤化検討（ASD化など）に関する外部委託を含めた業務
原薬バルク製造（Non GMP GMP）に関する外部委託を含めた業務
薬剤科学、分析化学、製剤化技術の先端技術調査・基盤技術拡充
上記の業務に関連して、以下の業務の一部についても実施できるとより望ましい
化合物の機器分析，分取精製（低分子を対象とするが、新規モダリティへの展開可能性あり）
化合物の各種物性評価（溶解性、膜透過性、安定性、結晶性、その他経口吸収性に関係する物性）

Required Skills
●必須
・大学院修士課程修了
・有機化学の専門知識
・機器分析の実務経験（HPLC UPLC LC/MS 粉末X線回折装置 熱分析装置等；一部でも可）
・製薬企業等において10年以上の研究実務の経験
・外部委託を活用した研究業務を行った経験がある
・海外の研究機関・委託会社の研究者と英語での業務のやり取りを行った経験がある
・開発候補化合物の物性プロファイリング業務経験と知識を有する
●尚可
・創薬研究においてリーダー的役割を担った経験がある
