1.日本の構造材料(金属材料/高分子材料/無機非金属材料など)及びCMF効果に関する情報と技術を洞察する；
2.上記分野について、日本の協力資源(大学/企業/協会等)を連携させ、協力を促進すること；
3、上記分野の関連技術点開発プロジェクトの進捗状況をフォローアップし、関連プロセスを推進する；
4、その他臨時的な事務処理及び上述付随業務等
