高エネルギーおよび超短パルスレーザーを中心とした製品のオンサイトでの据付、診断、トラブルシューティング、保守・修理を担当していただきます。
また、日本国内の主要顧客向けに、超短パルスレーザーおよび超狭線幅レーザーを中心としたMKSの幅広いレーザー製品・技術の据付および修理を担っていただきます。
このポジションで期待される役割
・
レーザー製品のオンサイトでの据付、保守、修理を通じた、高品質で可視性の高いカスタマーサポートの提供
・
顧客への装置の操作方法および保守・メンテナンスに関する指導
・
技術面・サービス面における顧客窓口としての対応
・
担当プロジェクトにおける、技術的事項に関する顧客とのリエゾン役
・
現地作業後の作業報告書作成（コスト請求および今後のメンテナンス計画立案のため）

Required Skills
必須要件（Skills You Bring）
・理工系（科学または工学分野）の学士号以上
・同業界におけるカスタマーサポート／フィールドサービスの実務経験
・日本の普通自動車運転免許を保有している方

・修士号以上をお持ちの方
・当社レーザー製品を使用している大学・研究機関での勤務経験、または当該研究室の出身者
・英語での読み書き・会話に支障がないレベルの語学力（海外でのトレーニングの可能性があるのでそれに困らないレベル）
