Job Description
取締役直下のポジションで、経営判断を支える情報整理・戦略立案・IR業務まで幅広く関わる経営企画室の幹部候補を募集します。
経営の考えを言語化し、戦略を共につくる右腕的存在として、事業の成長と企業価値向上を担っていただくことを期待しています。
中期経営計画の策定、KPI分析、IR資料の作成など、経営層の意思決定に直結する業務を通じて、経営視点と実務スキルの両方を磨ける環境です。
企画・戦略領域にスキルの幅を広げていきたい方、経営に近い場所で事業を動かしたいという想いをお持ちの方をお待ちしています。
＜業務内容＞
・IR関連業務（開示資料の作成、投資家対応）
・中期経営計画・事業戦略の策定サポート
・各種KPI・経営指標の集計・レポーティング
・予算管理および予実分析
・M&Aの推進
・競合・市場データの収集・分析
・その他、経営層からの特命業務や企画サポート業務

Required Skills
＜必須要件＞
・事業会社での経営企画／経営管理（3年以上）、またはIR開示資料作成経験のいずれかの経験
・資料作成、数値分析、レポーティングの実務経験（PowerPoint／Excelの実務スキル）
＜歓迎要件＞
・投資家対応、IRイベントの企画推進
・経営陣との折衝・議論の経験
・会計・ファイナンスの基礎知識
・ベンチャー・上場企業での経営企画経験
