[仕事内容]
・JOEM向けドライビングシステムのシステムインテグレーターとして、ソフトウェアとハードウェアの車両インテグレーションを担当します。
・JOEMとの技術交渉や技術窓口としての役割を担います。
・国内外の関連部署（日本、ドイツ、アメリカ、ハンガリー、中国、韓国、インドなど）との調整業務。
・要求、チェンジ、ディフェクト管理

・顧客や海外メンバーとの交渉・コミュニケーションスキルを磨けます。
・社内リーダーとしてのオーナーシップを発揮できます。
・システマチックアプローチを通じた問題解決スキル（FMEA、FTA、DRBFM）を身につけることができます。
[期待される役割]
・現行プロジェクトのシステムインテグレーターとして、プロジェクト全体をリードしていただきます。
社内ではテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーと協力して全体を統括。
顧客対応では、要求仕様や変更依頼に対してリーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクトを前進させます。
[出張頻度]
・国内：月に1～2回（テストコース、顧客テストコース、オフィス）
・海外：年に1～2回（プロジェクトや個人により異なります）
