・顧客との折衝（ニーズや課題のヒアリング、抽出）
・課題解決のためのソリューション（研修やワークショップ）の企画・提案
・ソリューションの納品のコーディネーションなど
・担当アカウント関係強化の主導
顧客は日系/外資問わず上場企業・大手企業が中心です。業種も多様で、金融、製造業、IT、サービス等様々。
中間管理職を中心に、一般社員層から次期幹部候補等、幅広い階層に対する人材開発・組織開発の提案をして頂きます。
営業手法は主に既存顧客からの拡大、新規顧客はWebsiteやニュースレターなどのマーケティング活動を通じて開拓します。飛び込み営業はありません。
